Respuesta / Aclaración :: La fecha topoe para demostrar el interes es hasta el 25 junio 09, 15h00 ; y, para la entrega dde la oferta es hasta el 2 de julio del 2009, las 15h00, existiò un error en las fechas que por este medio se aclara

Pregunta / Aclaración : Señores el art 59 del reglamento para procesos de menor cuantia establece que los interesados
manifiestan su interes mediante la presentacion de OFERTA TECNICA y carta de aceptacion EXPRESA DEL
PRESUPUESTO DE LA INSTUTUCION CONTRATANTE por tal motivo no se debe presentar OFERTA ECONOMICA YPOR
LO TANTO EL ANALIS DE PRECIOS UNITARIOS por favor leer el reglamento y aclarar esta inquietud.

Respuesta / Aclaración :: SI ES NECESARIO, PRESENTAR ESA DOCUMENTACION, PUES LA LEY ME INDICA QUE SE DEBE ESCOJER EL MEJOR COSTO EN OBRAS Y ESTA FORMADO POR CONDICIONES TECNICAS, FINANCIERAS Y LEGALES, POR LO QUE AL MOMENTO DE SELECCIONAR LOS 5 QUE VAN A SER SORTEADOS POR EL PORTAL, SE DEBE ANLIZAR EL MEJOR COSTO EN OBRAS Y EL ASPECTO FINANCIERO, FORMA PARTE DE LA OFERTA

Pregunta / Aclaración : El plazo previsto por ustedes es muy corta para el volumen de trabajos que se realizarian por favor
revizar este plazo con el profesional de su entidad, de igual forma los certificados de experiencia
solicitados son muy altos en sus valores que piden que se hayan realizados trabajos por el mismo
monto verificar este particular y plantearlo de otra forma su valoracion en el puntaje

Respuesta / Aclaración :: EL PLAZO QUE CONSTA EN LOS PLIEGOS ES EL QUE CORRESPONDE TOMANDO EN CUENTA EL PLAZO QUE CONSTA EN EL PAC Y LA PLANIFICACION REALIZADA POR DIRVIV; RESPECTO A LA EXPERIENCIA SOLICITADA, EN RAZÒN DE LA IMPORTACIA DEL PROYECTO, ES LA QUE LOS TECNICOS Y LOS PLIEGOS DEL INCOP EXIGEN
