Pregunta / Aclaración : Las caracteristicas técnicas estan copiadas de la MARCA HEMOCUE, y esto esta dirigido para esa
compañia y su representante, Cualquier minima varación en las dimenciones del aparato o que lleve
dos pilas en lugar de cuatro es objeto de anulación por uqe no cumple con las caracteristicas del
equipo. A todos los interesados quejarse a transparencia@compraspublicas.gov.ec y anular el proceso
