Pregunta / Aclaración : SEÑORES DEL ESFORST LES SOLICITO MUY COMEDIDAMENTE ME ACLAREN LO DE LA GARANTIA QUE SOLICITAN QUE
SE ENTREGUE CON LA OFERTA TECNICA, SI EL DOCUMENTO DE LA GARANTIA SE ENTREGA CUANDO LA OBRA ES
ADJUDICADA.

Respuesta / Aclaración :: la garantis se entrega con la adjudicacion ya que se entrega el 100% del valor del contrato como anticipo
